seems like a bug to me...
tried to search for anything on this...nothing...
tried to post in Tech support section and it wouldn't allow me... so hope this is ok to post here... when setting up lineups, there are multiple columns...starters, utility 1, etc. when i remove a player from the 'defensive sub' column, why does it also remove the player from the 'utility 1' column? isn't it 2 different things? i would just assume that a backup player doesn't necessarily have to be the defensive sub... anyway maybe i'm missing something here...it's been like this on every version i played...maybe i'm thinking weird...i don't know |

Haven't really noticed that myself (will be looking now), but I'm guessing here that the AI is thinking (programmed) you are taking him out of the line-up/depth chart and does so completely?
Just a guess.

Yeah, it's been like this for a while. It's slightly annoying.

I see it all the time as well.
Not sure if it is a bug per se, but definitely an annoying feature.
