What is the easiest way to get the pics in the game for a non-jailbroken iPhone?

Check out Blublub's thread iootp 13 ballpark images in the Mods sub forum.
There is iPhone download to desktop of images there. Then just open iTunes on desktop go to apps, select iootp 2013 at bottom section of screen, drag and drop or hit 'add' button. You have to add in the pictures as a select all or individually, not as the folder. Then Select the newly added pics and hit sync button.
Worked very smoothly for me on iPad.
