iOOTP 2013 Version 1.0.1 available

It took almost 3 weeks for Apple to review the update but over the weekend they finally released the 1.0.1 update:

- 2013 Opening Day Roster (new game needed)
- small fixes to the historical database
- cosmetic fixes

The next update will have Retina and iPhone 5 support (as it is now a requirement by Apple).

Thanks for the update, can't wait for the next one. I was waiting for this to attempt and rebuild the Astros and I'm off to a 1-2 start!
