How do I create a league file, for everyone to download?

The way I do it is just zip the league folder with WinZip and then FTP it to my server. Then you just need to post a link to the zip file and your GMs will be able to download the file, unzip into their OOTP5 folder and the league files will be there for their use.

You might consider deleting the player pages in the "League News" folder tho, or your download file becomes HUGE.

Yeah send put the first file with EVERYTHING on it and the each time after you can eliminate all the one time needs, like pictures and such.
