I have created a fictional league
Now I want to deleat all the fictional players out of the entire league
And import historic teams is this possible and how do i go about deleting the players
I know how to import already

League setup- Clear rosters, release all players.

Then go to league FA Page, delete all FA's.

shorter way, removes one step, under the league menu at the top, go to all league players, choose them all and delete, same as above just one step faster. Just make sure you ran your initial draft or you might miss some

"Shorter Way" doesn't remove any steps. It's still a 2 step process.

a better question is:
does ootp14 let you delete/release all team personnel? or at the very least, can you go to the league transaction screen and view all personnel?
