Thought maybe a thread like this would keep us from hijacking the storyline thread. What are some of the things y'all would love to see added to the OOTP newspaper?

One of the things I enjoy(ed) about PureSim is the weekly report the game generates. It lists out such things as hot players, cold players, players injured during the week and how much time they will miss. Transactions, and a whole bunch of other things. I would love to see something like this in OOTP.

Something that would make me a bit happier would be a better ability to select what I recieve and what I dont. Sometimes there are just things, like the BNN records stories that come too much and make it harder to wade through all the stories each month. I run most of my leagues on a montly basis and dont like to have to see them all. Havent been able to dwindle the info down to just the stories I want. I might have missed something but that would be a great addition. Also, if you are only a Commish, the ability to choose which leagues you want news from instead of having to get news from the entire world. Dont necessarily want to see every story that comes from all the minors, more league selectability I guess.

I want every bit of news from my organization (which I can get - but I don't seem to go that Developmental Report that people are talking about)... but if you can add a weekly report about the rest of the league like the one mentioned in the first post... that would be awesome.

Yep, still want this. The playoff head-to-head screen is cool and a start in the right direction in terms of the game treating the playoffs as a big thing. But would still like to see more in-depth playoff news articles.
