How Does 14 Handle Indy Leagues vs 13?

My main league, while a major league, acts as an Indy league to modern MLB for the 1st 20 yrs since my finances start at 1973 although my league year starts in 2003. I was wondering how 14 would handle this league vs 13. What changes should I make when I convert today?

Far as I know, not much difference... Hopefully there will be more changes in 15
