Can't advance past New Player Draft in custom league...

So.

I have an Association with 2 Major Leagues with 2 Divisions of 12 teams each.

I share draft pool between the leagues.

The leagues play 198 games starting March 1, the player draft occurs on Dec 31st after the season.

The first two years the drafts worked fine (The original draft at the beginning of the game and the first amateur draft) and now, after the second season, I have this:



You can see it's time for the draft but there are only 34 eligible players.

So I go into the draft and see this:



It's my turn to draft, but I can't draft anyone, it tells me the draft is finished...

I can't advance my game.

What am I missing?

Was there a full allotment of players when the draft pool was first revealed?

I didn't check, although I wouldn't think so, all things considered.

Anyone have any thoughts here?
