FaceGen's in menu's photos in the gameplay?

I am having an issue with my teams player photos being used during a broadcast instead of the facegen's used everywhere else in the game. (I even have two players with old facegen's in game broadcast from what I have updated) Here are my settings...

Preferences...
FaceGen- enabled
FaceGen mode- Standard
Angle- Random
Zoom- Random
Angle- Normal
Search mode- search for photofit first

Player & Picture options....
All Players
Upon Creation
Always if needed
All
Normal
No backgrounds
All four boxes checked.

Ok so I took all of the photos out of the file folder thinking that would prevent the photos from being accessed and it worked for home teams, but away teams are still pulling up photos or old face gens.

Is there a .dat file I need to delete and have the game recreate upon opening?

I wonder if that is related to the problem I am having where random players show up wearing the wrong uniform.

I'm having the same problem, and I posted about it in the bug report thread. I have overwritten all real player pictures in favor of FaceGen pics, but in-game it reverts to their real picture. The in-game sometimes even creates a FaceGen pic that is different from their pic when not playing a game.

This has never happened to me since FaceGen was introduced a few versions ago.

Ok ya, that is what I'm seeing too. Maybe it will be fixed in the second patch.

I've dealt with that problem since the switch to new profile pictures in 13. I recently found that going into your saved game file and deleting all of the pictures stored either under player or profile pictures (I believe in a folder labeled images) will take acre of everything. This doesn't delete the face information, it just deletes the picture that has already been rendered that the game pulls up. It will simply create a new one the next time it is needed/

I think I'm seeing this too. I'm playing a fictional historical league using facegen pics. I do have real player photos installed in the photos folder. What I'm seeing is real photos coming up randomly while playing out games, for starting pitchers on the scores and schedule screen, leader boards, messages etc. On the players profile screen it always has the correct face gen pic. Is this the kinds of things you guys are seeing?

Yes that's what I'm seeing. Jon Jay and others bounces arbitrarily from facegen to photo from game to game.

A couple of other things I should mention. The fictional players this happens to aren't name matches for real players. Also, if I open the player's profile from the link where the wrong photo is displayed and then go back a screen it will usually, but not always, regenerate the correct facegen photo.

I emptied out the person_pictures file in the saved game/news/html/images folder. Then restarted the game and reloaded my saved game and every player has a facegen now. I did have to put my custom facegen back in, but it worked.

I'm also having issues with faces. A handful are showing photos and quite a few faces have been replaced with the team logo.

Same problem here. I hope an update to the software will fix it because I find it really annoying.

I did what RevRedbird23 did and it seems to have worked. I didn't empty out the whole folder though, I just went through it and selectively deleted the images that were clearly photos and not FaceGen files. Thanks for the help.
