Random personnel events

I'd love to see a new direction regarding random professional and personal events in next year's game. Not just injuries. Here's what I mean...

I'd like to see things like a player getting married or having a kid, which could have positive or negative effects on his personality and productivity. Also, things like random changes to a swing or a epiphanal advancement in defensive mechanics.

Other examples could be endorsement deals that improve a player's national recognition, changing his contract demands, etc. What about receiving extra winter ball or off season coaching to improve a rating. Maybe a "repair" to a rating that desperately needs a bump.

Not just players...

Coaches get some love too. I'd like to see coaches randomly "adopt" a player as his personal project, acquiring an elevation to a coach's "handling" rating. What about a coach learning a new/old trick that he plugs into his coaching style that changes the potential for players he coaches.

Of course, player injuries are always randomizers, and recovery times could be made more wildly unpredictable. But I believe that you can throw some oddball stuff into next year's game that alters the predictable course of a player's development.
