Support Unreachable

NEED MY LISENCE KEY BUT SUPPORT HAS BEEN UNREACHABLE FOR 5 DAYS, ANY IDEAS?
never got a confirmation email but have my paypal receipt.. Any ideas anyone?

Have you tried eSellerate support?

Enter your email and order number and on the next page you should be able to print your receipt. My Serial Number is on my receipt.

Don't know that will help but it is worth a shot.

If you got your pay pal email, did you happen to check your spam filter? Sometimes it gets caught up in there.
Long shot but just thought I would ask.

But I agree typically esellrate is pretty quick with a response after you fill out a ticket.

I think it is eSellerate that you need to contact.
They handle the actual purchase.

I'm sorry to hear of your unpleasant experience with support. We do strive to respond to all customer tickets within a 24 to 48 hour time period. I checked all open tickets and I could not find one that matched the description you provided here. If you will provide me with your ticket ID number, I'll look it up in our system and provide feedback there. The ticket Id number will look like ABC-123456.

Also, when we first reply to your ticket, if it does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Again, please accept our apologies for any inconveniences that our belated response may have caused. Customer satisfaction really is number one on our list.

I also have a problem. I lost one of my elicense due to computer problems. How do I submit a ticket to support? Everytime that I try to use the provided link the site gives a message that it appears to be down.
