Support Unreachable
NEED MY LISENCE KEY BUT SUPPORT HAS BEEN UNREACHABLE FOR 5 DAYS, ANY IDEAS?

Have you tried eSellerate support?
Enter your email and order number and on the next page you should be able to print your receipt. My Serial Number is on my receipt. Don't know that will help but it is worth a shot. Last edited by byzeil; 04-21-2013 at 02:32 PM. |

If you got your pay pal email, did you happen to check your spam filter? Sometimes it gets caught up in there.
Long shot but just thought I would ask. But I agree typically esellrate is pretty quick with a response after you fill out a ticket. |

I also have a problem. I lost one of my elicense due to computer problems. How do I submit a ticket to support? Everytime that I try to use the provided link the site gives a message that it appears to be down.
