How Does 14 Handle Indy Leaguers When Asking For Salary?

I am wondering if Indy Leaguers are asking for ML type of $$. I am still on 13, but my main league is kinda like a Indy League but is listed as a ML. FA to be ask for the same amount of $$ as if they were in 2008 MLB despite the fact that FA from my league can not leave and make 1978 $$. Wondering if when I convert it might be easier to make my main league an Indy League.

My league is also listed as ML, but FAs can leave. There's that difference; so yes, players' demands are MLB $$$. But many players that go unsigned by MLB usually settle on a indy team. The fictional players from the indy are too rubbish to ask for any major $$$, but that's specific to my set-up.
