Help for return to the past

I would like to use the 2013 mlb rosters to recreate the old eight team national league and american league with the 154 game schedule and no interleague play. I would like to only use each of the teams current rosters. I'd appreciate suggestions as how to best do this. Thanks

Are you looking for something like this? I used the 2013 MLB quickstart then went ahead and deleted teams, renamed them, setup just 2 leagues, etc. This was a real quick and dirty setup, I haven't played it yet.
