Panda Bear Bat Boy Join Date: Mar 2013 Posts: 9	WHL team able to sign underage players Hi, I'm not sure if this has been reported yet nor do I know if this extends to the OHL and QMJHL, but as the Oil Kings, I have been able to offer contracts to the top 14- and 15-year old prospects despite it claiming they are too young to sign.
