Make Nickname edit-able on the player page without editor

I'm not a big fan of the nicknames, but I don't hate them enough to TOTALLY take them out, every once in a while a nickname fits serendipitously (is that a word?). But, it is a hassle to have to go into commissioner mode to get rid of a nickname so I don't have to stare at Ricardo "Pebbly Jake" Suarez. I believe OOTP 6 had this feature, as well.

This ends the pettiest complaint I've ever had, thank you.

I just signed a 16-yo international prospect whose nickname is "Foxy Grandpa".

I'm still figuring out how to justify that.

Yes! I almost always run in commissioner mode just because of this lol.
