Want to fix world.xml file

There are a number of changes I want to make to the world.xml file, beginning with changing "Netherlands Antilles" to "Caribbean Netherlands" and lowering their Baseball Quality to 0. There are a number of other changes I want to make to other BQs (why is Costa Rica a 4 every year? They're a 2, at best).

Do I have to get hip-deep with the world.xml to make these changes? (Yes, i know about the Nation Editor, but these changes aren't permanent and would have to be made with every universe.) Any ideas?

you just need to find the header line for each nation you want to edit...they all begin with the tag <nation id=

very straight forward and easy.....

Just realize, however, that any changes to the file will only have meaning to new leagues.....leagues already started don't reference the file....

Use notepad++. It's a free download and makes editing the XML file very easy. And saves it as XML.

OK, I was able to change to the BQs. Many thanks.

However, here's another problem: I want to move a couple of countries from one continent to another...any ideas?
