Snow Delay!

I'm managing the 1986 Blue Jays. It's the first time in OOTP that I have seen a snow delay. 33 degrees in April. 27 minutes long.

I've seen one in OOTP 12 or 13 in a Spring Training game in Manchester, England.

Sounds very much like the real-life Blue Jays' first home game back in 1977.
