I cannot find instructions on how to use the FaceGen feature to create a player!
Help Please.

There's no manual here for FaceGen because it's a module that works automatically in the background, generating player images as required by the game. You need to be familiar with how that is done, however, and the options that you have for controlling the process. Start with these two links to the online manual:
