Draft Pool Issues?

So, I imported my league and started at the beginning of the year (where I left off in OOTP13). Once I got to the draft pool I noticed a problem. I saved it right before it generates it so I could keep closing without saving and regenerate a new report in case I didn't like what the game came up with. So far, every single time I've generated a draft pool it has come up with literally a 70/30 Starting Pitcher to Positional Player ratio with everyone's age being 20 years old, including the High School players.

This is kind of unrelated but it probably doesn't need its own thread:

I just got to the 2013 draft in my first game, and basically every pitcher is projected as Bullpen, even the ones with 3+ pitches that project out well. What's causing that?

My amateur draft pool appears to be reading from default player origin rather than the amateur draft pool origin setting. Am I not understanding this feature and its WAD or is this a bug?

Decided to test it by setting the Amateur Draft Origin Pool to MLB Default and the Default Origin pool to USA/Angola/Algeria. Sure enough here's what I got:

It shouldn't be doing that. Would you able willing/able to post screenshots of your default origin and draft pool setting screens and a couple showings as many of the players in your draft pool as possible?

I see the pic you posted now. Could you post screens of your default origin and draft pool settings too? Looks like there might be a problem. Let me try to run a test or two and see what happens. If I find the same thing I'll file a project ticket about this.

It's suggesting what they would be at the current time, if I remember correctly.

Yes this is a fictional league I created for ease of testing purposes, but the same thing happened in another league I set up with default settings. Here's the settings I used to produce the above screenshot which pretty definitively proves the game is reading amateur draft origins out of the default pool:

Ok, so I found out the age problem. I didn't realize if you put a number in the Minimum Age it wouldn't still have a range of ages in the draft, unless it's supposed to do that.

When I set that Minimum Age at 0 I got a better set of ages but I still have about a 70/30 ratio of pitchers/positional players and I don't know of any settings I can change to adjust that.

Yes. It's saying "if this player was at level X today, he should be Y".
