ootp 14 new features?

is there any place that lists the new features from 13 to 14? i cant seem to see them anyplace.

i bought 13 and never played it because i started a new job shortly after it was released. just got back into it, and i am building a new league, so i would like to know if there was any new cool league building functions available.

If you never played OOTP 13, then ALL the features of OOTP 14 are new...to you....
