Multiple Short lists

I use 'Shortlists' to track draft classes, top prospects, players of interest, trade evaluation, etc. But the game only gives us a single shortlist.

It would be nice to be able to define multiple shortlists and then add players to a specific list. I would like to be able to set up a 'Top Prospects' shortlist to easily follow top players in my organization, a 'Draft Class 2013' shortlist to track my draft class, etc.

+1 on this.

I use the short-list for various reasons as well. Short lists it would be nice to have:

1. Draft.

2. Free Agent.

3. Players who I want to promote.

4. Players that I want to cut.

5. Trade prospects.

Totally agree, something worth thinking about. Would love a feature like this.

I even just want this for beta testing. I was trying to evaluate the overall longterm quality of top draft picks, of international amateur free agents, and of scout 'finds' in one long-running sim. Putting those players in the same shortlist made it almost impossible to test all three things at once, but with separate lists, it would have been easy.

Have been requesting this since at least v13 and my desire for it hasn't waned.

Especially now with the improved feeder leagues I like to start scouting players earlier in their careers. I'd love to be able to have a shortlist if had a way of tracking certain players without them getting lost in a large single shortlist.

This in addition to being able to track different categories of players already in professional ball; Trade targets, former players from my organization, draft picks, prospects trying to learn new positions, etc.

Said this in a few threads, but I'd like at least 2 shortlists, one for players in my organisation, and one for those outside it.

I'd like them to be incorporated like filters. They could just let me filter by shortlist.

Then I can apply custom views to them.

I'd like to see the feature added this year, too, if but in a patch along the way. I envision the filter concept being a workable one, aside from what it may require from a coding standpoint, but I think it's mostly GUI related so I wouldn't think it'd be terribly complex.

I envision once custom-labeling the category or view as a filter in the shortlist menu, those labels would sub-tab or leaf off the Shortlist selection dropdown when opting to shortlist the player. Thus, select Shortlist Player, sub-tab appears with Draft List, My Prospects, To Acquire, Developing, or such and then select that tab, effectively putting the player into that view or shortlist grouping.

I like to use Shortlists for "Top 10 Players of All-time" ...would be cool to label it as such and create new ones for teams, positions etc.
