Rookies League Baseball is a whole new ootp5 online league. We use Real teams, 2003 TotalMinors newest edition. We don't have salary cap in the first season. the only request is owners have to have ootp5 with newest pitch, email and AOL Instant Messenger. -Team Cash Maximum: $100,000,000.00

-Amateur Draft is held: off-season

-Arbitration: Enabled

-Minor League Option Years: Enabled

Cubs Mets Giants Twins are taken. lots of good teams are available. special rule helps teams to turn around. we sim three sims a week, 7 days per sim. live via aim every sim if we have enough owner show up. welcome to join us. we are waiting for you.

Plus since we are simming 21 days per real week, even if you take a low market team you can rebuild in a few months time and be a contender. This kind of sim schedule is the best for all you prospect fans. We're half way there, let's go
