Best way to keep track of teams all time records against each other.

I am in the process of trying to get more into MySQL databases and I have realized that OOTP will be a great way to play around with MySQL and my recent abcesne from OOTP makes this a great oppourtunity to get back into it. I want to be able to keep track of teams head to head records over the history of my league. So far i have concluded the best way to do this will be to develop a script that will parse the HTML reports for these statistics. Is there another way? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The records are kept for the current season....you'd just have to make an almanac and update it each year...then you'll have data to collect.....

I don't think the info is in any of the dumps....at least I can't find it....
