Online leagues for OOTP 14

Hey I was just wondering if there was a new place to ask to join a league, or if the thread for OOTP13 would continue to act as the main point.

I have what will be a 14-startup on the 13 thread. Most likely tomorrow morning they will add new threads for the boards.
