They are used in the new webcast view, yes. In the broadcast view you can use them if you manually edit the ballparks.

Excited? Nah...I'm absolutely euphoric!!!

Then again, I just drank six beers and ate a can of expired mushrooms, so it's hard for me to tell if it's OOTP making me feel this way or my poor, besieged liver.
