DBLC crowns new champion.

The commisioners office would like to publicly congratulate David Cheng and his Los Angeles Dodgers on thier first DBLC crown. David is one of only two gm's in the league to never have a losing season in the franchise's history in DBLC. The DBLC just completed it's 12th season and David is one of the 11 original gm's still in the league and his long await for the title is over.
