Loving the beta so far.
Is there any way to edit the rosters? For instance, custom trades, etc.?

If I understand the question you can enter commish mode and edit players' contracts. You can turn the mode on in manager options.

In latest version, editing players does not seem to do anything. I have noticed that after editing a players defensive and offensive potential that his overall potential rating does not change, even after simming a day.

I think you may have to get them scouted again to change that, not sure.

I seem to have the same issue. I bumped up Justin Schultz's ratings and he stayed a 2 1/2 star. The AI assistant always sends him to the minors, even after an edit to give him a boost.
I also tried to scout him again but no change. In fact I couldn't get a new scouting report on him. I am trying various scouts now to see if that is the issue. |
