Wrong Boxscores
I just simmed the first week of my league and when I check the box scores of several games, the wrong game appears. For instance, Team X's 4/4, 4/5, & 4/6 box scores show their games on 4/8, 4/9, & 4/10 (however, if you click on the boxscore on 4/8, etc., the correct boxscore shows up).
Is this a known bug? I'm using 5.11. Are these boxscores gone? |

Boxscores need to either be moved or deleted from the previous season, I don't think that they overwrite(but not 100% sure).

That would completely stink if everyone had to have the knowledge to go into the directory structure of their computer in order to delete the previous years box scores. Plus it would completely stink if everyone had to delete the previous years box scores each and every year of each and every league that they play. Furthermore, how was anyone supposed to know to do this in the first place?
If this is true then it should most certainly be made known to others and be corrected sooner rather than later. Box scores take up a good amount of hard drive space and if someone decides to keep them turned on then they shouldn't have to go through all of that in order to have them match up properly. |

After further research my "guess" was wrong and in a league that I have that is over 40 seasons old the boxscores are accurately handled and properly displayed when accessed. I really don't know what has happened to yours. Have you changed anything about the league structure or moved teams or changed any important team data?

Glad to hear that it's not an inherent problem with the game. Please ignore my prior attitude.

No. Actually, this is the first week of the first season of a fictional league. The only possible twist is that I have done a lot of testing on the league in copies of the league folder. So perhaps a file was written to the OOTP5 directory that would be affecting my "clean" copy of my legaue?
For instance, I test simmed my league to 2012. And when someone hit for the cycle this week, it said it was the 1st cycle since 2012, making me believe that somehow the test sim files still existed even though I never test simmed in the "UBSL.lg" folder, only copies of the folder. But that might not be related to the boxscore problem. Does this sound like something I should restart the league over>? |

Follow up... from the OOTP generated pages, the images in the boxscores are improperly linked as: C:\Program Files\400 Software Studios\OOTP5\USBL.lg\logos\logo19.bmp

The problem with the logos is well known but looks that, for some reason, the issue isn't easy to be fixed.
