When I purchase a Licence for the game, on how many Devices can i install it? And if i decide to move the Installation from one PC to another. can i free up my licence myself?

2 machines...you can unlicense and then use it on another.

There is a tab in Preferences (from the Start-Screen) to un-license the game.

Uninstalling should unlicense it (I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few dozen times using the same license, so it defnitely releases when you do that.)

Are you sure about this? In OOTP, it doesn't work this way so unless the code was changed here, it won't unlicense. I'm not sure why he can't get it to unlicense through that button, but he can come to us in tech support and we can do it for him. Of course, it would be nice to know why that button isn't working. I've not heard of this happening before.
