Saved Games Folders Not Created?

I don't see any of my saved games folders. Trying to add in the team logos. I have a saved_games folder but inside is just a readme that states

"The saved_games directory contains the game or league database folders. Whenever you create a new game "xyz", OOTP will create a folder "xyz.lg" here. To make a backup of a league, just backup the league folder. It's all there what you need to restore the league. If you want to make a copy of your league, copy the folder an rename it to something with a trailing ".lg"."

Also, I cannot choose the quickstarts from the Main Menu. There are two quick starts in the folder when I open it up. Or are those just what loads when you pick those options from the Main Menu (This second one is more likely, but figured I would ask)

Am I missing something?

I have a potentially related issue:

I am using Windows 7 and The account type of the user I login with is a "standard user" not an administrator.

When trying to create a new game I get an error message that says "Could not create game folder!" when clicking the ok button after entering a game name.

It works fine if I run the game as an administrator.

Make sure you're looking in Documents, not in Program Files.

Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 2014\data\saved_games

There you should see your saved games.

Thanks, guess I should have paid more attention to the file path.
