Baseball card templates request (NOT OOTP 11 baseball cards) - Page 8

Absolutely love these. Would it be posible to get any or all of these templates. would love to experiment with them.

I wanted to share with this fine community some recent baseball/photo card templates that I've made for my son's baseball team.

I borrowed heavily from the Topps baseball card template and added some additions of my own from resources on this website.

I made templates for both vertical and horizontal photos and set the layers up so that all I need do is drop the photo on the layer and change the name of the player. The round team logo in the top left hand corner can be changed as well, but you'll need to find these logos on the OOTP forums. The colored background where the name is can be easily changed to match the player uniforms.

Send me an email if you're interested in a copy of the PSD files.

Thanks to everyone who put in a lot of time and work in getting the logo resources out to the community.

Hello, I am new here. I am an obsessive fan of 1980's baseball and baseball cards, and I am looking for any available card templates for that era that will work with photoshop. I have a few already, and hope to post cards here once they are ready.

Hello All,

Im new to this forum and I wanted to make some non OOTP templates as there are a few out there but not as many as I'd hoped for.

Here is my first attempts:

1960 Topps - IMAGE REMOVED

1955 Topps - IMAGE REMOVED

1956 Topps - IMAGE REMOVED

and one final attempt in 2 days,

1990 Fleer League Standouts Insert Set (the better cards in a rather bland set) - IMAGE REMOVED

Thats it for now and many more to come. I'll try to get this forum posting thing done correctly in the future.

These are great. I've also been making cards for my kids teams. I'm having real trouble duplicating the 1972 topps card. Anyone have an idea how to get the team name right?

Thanks for the good words!

As for the 1972 Topps team names, in photoshop, I know you have to stack and stack the letters on tops of each other. I havent tried it yet but found an online tutorial that shows how its done.

The 1972 Topps migh be the next one I attack, if so, I'll post the .psd.

Hmmm... I'm not sure that going scorched earth and taking away stuff is really the best way to handle something not going somewhere.

Does anyone have any of the Photoshopped pics/links that were on here before they were so kindly removed that they can share?

Sorry I took so long to find this:

2012 Topps template card.psd

DAHoF gets the credit for this one, though. He's done some great stuff and this comes from his site dickallenhof.blogspot.com.

Pretty decent photoshop template that is pretty easy to work with.

Grab it as soon as you can, otherwise someone might get upset that there's not enough action and remove OTHER people's links too.

(Can you tell I'm bitter about that total schween move of removing stuff?)

I've been trying to post this link for days now and I even tried private messaging you. For some reason the site isn't cooperating, so I hope you can see it this time.

You can find a 2012 template here. It's pretty good and it's from a site that has a few good photoshop templates.
