I haven't found any decent photos of him outside of some Cardinals pics (though he only played a few games with them).

This isn't really decent, but it's the only Crawford/Phillies image I have.

Could you give me some more information about your project? What is "baseball card size"? What is the minimum size you're looking for? If an image is too large, can you downsize it to fit the card format you're looking for? Are you looking for color, B&W or does it matter? Major League only, or are minor league photos ok?

I'll go ahead and post some options from your list, hopefully they'll be helpful.

A couple of options with the 1977 Blue Jays.

I collect baseball cards and have been since 1960, when my Dad took me to my first ML game. I have a mixture of TOPPs, other card companies, MiLB cards, specialty set cards, and some old paper/scissor sorts of homemade cards. About two months ago I accidently discovered the OOTP site and was amazed what is available. I discovered this particular blog (?) just this evening. I'm not very computer savvy so I don't know how I would get from a large size Cal Browning image to a TOPPS size baseball card, other than to print the photo, cut what could fit in a card sleeve, and call that player "found". No laughing, please. I feel the larger images are somehow made smaller as the two Bruno images seem to indicate. Naturally, I would prefer clear color images which can be placed in TOPPS like borders, and I've found someone who does a very good job at that; however, he's made over 230 really nice B&W and colorized cards for me so I'm not concerned about color, uniforms, etc. About 75 more and I'll have the complete "set" of cards for the 1960s. I'm also working the 1970s. I began collecting minor league cards in 1977, when I saw my first minor league game in Salt Lake City. After completing the total project I'll try to find a bio/stats format for the backs of each. I'm leaning toward the Wikipedia format at the moment. One of my sons, who has worked as his college baseball team's radio announcer and has participated in one of the Sabre Metrics contests held in Phoenix during ST, has been tossing around some ideas in between college classes. Another son is dating the granddaughter of a former yankee catcher. Hope this helps. I'm now addicted to this site and any help you can provide in this project is greatly appreciated.

Might I suggest downloading a free program? If you use a PC, a PhotoShop-like program called Paint.NET will allow you to easily crop, downsize and/or print any photo. You can download it here. I would also be willing to offer a brief tutorial on how to use its basic functions. I really believe this would make your project much easier.

In the mean time, I'll post some other photos from your wish list...
