Noob question on utilties

to vote on allstars in an online league - where do I go to get to the utilities menu? Is that something I will have to add to the game or does the Commish do that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

right before the All-Star game and right after the regular season, go to the League Menu button at the top of the screen, and on the top left is a selection to manually select the team. i usually hit the "Ask Computer" button and then maneuver the players from there. the computer generally does a good job of picking the deserving players.

when you pick the players, don't think of your vote as just one of 32, because the players you select are going to end up winning the awards or making the all-star team, no matter how bad the player is.

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking here, but hopefully this will answer some questions:

If you're not the commissioner of an online league, then only the commissioner can enter All-Star rosters into the game directly. You can't vote for All-Stars in the game as a non-commish member of an online league.

You can vote for All-Stars outside of the game. Some leagues use OOTP:OU or StatsLab to vote for All-Stars. Those are 3rd party utilities that your league website should have a link for. Other leagues vote on their forums or some other method. In all of these cases, the commissioner takes the voting results and enters them manually into the game.

If you're looking for where to select All-Star rosters inside OOTP, then game05's post answers that question.
