How about the ability to trade draft picks, I know that this does not happen in real baseball but maybe Markus could add an option to disable or enable it in the League setup screen. I alos would like to see things like work ethic, heart, and intelligince added to the character list

Do a search for trading draft picks. It has been talked about a lot. It will probably not be added to the game, because it would be so hard to implement.
