Major Problem OOTP 8

Hello I was playing OOTP 8 I kept getting a message about DFA. I know what I am supposed to do but I have it set to automate this stuff and it isn't letting me past. Does anyone know of a way to automate it.

I've never found a way to automate DFA in OOTP 8. At the end of 10 days a DFAed player must be sent to the minors, traded or released, so i guess the game requires you to make that choice before you can proceed.
