Help With Strategy Settings

I was wonder if someone can explain when to have certain setting as frequently or not. Like with what sort I pitchers should you have you them pitching around alot. Or intentionally walking guys. And even more the defensive settings cause I'm lost with those. I like to just manage the team and sim but even when I have a good team I get killed cause I have no clue how to set the strategy. Any help would be nice.

With the strategy settings, you have to change them to your team's strengths. If have a lot of fast guys, put bunt for hit and stealing up. If your pitchers have a low stamina, move that bar down.
This could be the reason you're losing so much. If not, try some trades and such.
