Venezuelan Baseball Template

I started working on a template that includes the Venezuelan Winter League, Liga Paralela (minor league), LICIBEIS (indy development league), and LNBB (another indy league founded a few years ago). I'm also setting up feeder leagues based on the different high school level leagues. Plus added more cities and regions to the world default. Using the default WL setup was getting a bit depressing.

I'm just looking for advice from anyone who might've tried a template based on an international setup. How do you set it up so it could run along an MLB? Do you include real rosters? I wanted to use the actual rosters, but a lot of players are good prospects in MLB organizations, some even established big leaguers; some have their information available but their stats can't be edited into the game.

Also, there's no way to edit a league's and team's history, is there?
