Can't Post In Tech Support Forum

Why can't I post in the tech support forum? It tells me that I don't have sufficient privileges?

I've got an issue with my online league that I'd like some input on.

If that's the case, then 3 questions...

1.) Why have a tech support forum? (/facepalm)
2.) What do you do when a ticket hasn't been touched in a few days since it was opened?
3.) Where is the best place to solicit advice from other OOTPers to try to resolve the issue that I'm having?

Also, how is it that other users are posting in the forum? Clearly it's some kind of forum rights issue.

I'm not really sure why people can post in there, I can, maybe it's a post count thing, not sure when they changed that.

1) They use to use that forum but then got the knowledgebase. It worked a lot better when no one was allowed to post in there and all it had was the link to submit a ticket. It was just an easy way to get to the link.

2) They do get a lot of tickets I assume but if you want to talk to the people in charge, you can send them a PM, tell them your issue/ticket number and they can look into it a lot quicker if they have time.

3) Depending on the issue, you can post it in the general discussion forum or the new to OOTP forum.
