Noob questions
Just got the game and very pleased. I downloaded the all in one mod but where do I download it to? After downloading it - I created a new game expecting to see the changes but I didn't. Sorry for the elementary question. Thank you.

Download & Install Part I, then download and install Part II. Start New Game. Good to go.
