League Association- Custom Playoffs

Has anyone had difficulty with using the "select qualifying teams individually by position" option in League Association Playoffs?

I've posted this in the bug forum but figured I'd see if maybe I'm doing something incorrect. I have 13 Major Leagues (no minors). I have no problem setting up the playoffs if I have just have the winners of each league qualify. However, I'm trying to have 4 teams from one league, and 1 from each other other 12. However, when I hit "confirm", the game crashes.

Just figured I'd give it a shot here. Thanks for any help anyone could provide.

This is an issue (and there are some others) encountered by several persons (including me) when set up league association. My game crashes whenever I tried play the association playoffs (simming through it it's fine). I don't think tech people ever figured out why though
