Mobile client for online leagues

I know online players aren't the core business here, but what I'd really like is something that could allow me manage my teams from my online leagues while I am on the road.
My idea is a sort of dumb client running on iPhone/iPad and other mobile devices so that I can download the league file, review my lineups and check what my scouts are saying about a player I got I trade offer for in my email box while I'm not at home in front of my computer or I don't have my laptop with me.

I'd be happy to pay a few bucks if I could find anything similar in the App Store

It seems like a really cool/good idea but some league files are quite big and I don't know if it is possible for an iOS device to support that.

My zipped league file is around 80MB, but I think it may be stripped down if you don't download players pics, logos and such.
Maybe there's a way to get a smaller update file.
