League File Zip Problems

Some of my owners in our league are having problems with the league file that is zipped and FTP'd to my website. The four files News,Boxes, EXPIMP, & Logos are not there when the BTTF.zip is downloaded and unzipped into their game file.

I am confused...Those four folders are there when I zipped them but for some reason do not make the tranfer properly. What might we be doing wrong ? Thanks Should they be unzipped into the OOTP3 folder or unzipped into the BTTF.lg folder ?

When they are unzipping the file they are NOT selecting the option on their "unzipping program" to "use path or original folders". It is stated differently for different programs but that is the basic idea.

I tested my owm zip results and in the zipped file those four folders are missing....box,logos,news,&EXPIMP.

I am using PKzip........probably an older version...but it shouldn't matter I can't figure out how to include folders in the zipped file. It is only zipping up all the files in my league folder. Must be it can't zip all folders within a folder ??

Any ideas ?

Winzip doesnt zip the folders either, but if they will choose "original path", it will put the files in the correct folder in the .lg folder.
