How many teams are in this league? Why would you draft Alex Avila in the 2nd round? You're team has youth but not much overall talent.

As another member of the league, we are using modern day MLB teams, and setup, and such, with a fantasy draft. Yankees here has been very... happy about his team, to say the least.

Did you have certain restrictions? Limited player pool? I just find it hard to believe that in three rounds the best picks you made were Teheran, Avila and Harrison. I had a draft and got Votto, Beltre and King Felix so I am just wondering what the league setup is you are in because it doesn't seem very fair if it's straight up.

theres 30 teams, so a lot of players were gone by mid second round. I don't know whats so bad about avila, hes a 5 star player at 25 at a premium position. And to the Cubs comment, I think thats more than a little wrong

I really don't think anyone was trying to bash you by your OP. I think everyone was trying to figure out your league and wonder why you drafted Avila as your first pick. Is he a good player? Yes. But is he someone I am going to take first in a draft? No.
But I do agree with the Cubs post. Better power/pitching |

Oops Teheran was your first pick. He is definitely not a first round pick IMHO. But again the great thing about OOTP is you play the game you want. So if you are happy with your team that is all that matters.

Remember, Avila ratings are from last year, so he's better in the game. In this league, young pitching is at a super premium, so Teheran is very valuable. Matt Moore went 5th, and Teheran compares well to Moore
