Here I go again... help?

So this will be the 3rd time I've bought OOTP... Maybe this will the FIRST time I've played it... Everytime I get far to overwhelmed and confused that I just get distracted and move onto something else... It's part ADD and part OOTP being complex...

What's the best way to pick it up? Tutorial? How bout a youtube Let's Play?

Start small like a 4 to 8 team league and play out a game here and there. Get to know your guys. Don't be afraid to make mistakes.

Also what Scott said, Maybe let the AI control promotions/demotions/ Maybe use Act As GM feature and let your mgr control lineups and sim games for a season or 2.

FWIW OOTP is like an intravenous injection of focus to ADD people.
