My 1957-1972 card project has another 600 card update available. This one includes close to 40 transformations of players who did not have a photo previously. Some are quite excellent (done mostly by Mark) while others are not the best (done by me alone). Every player who played in 1968 now has a card. Some cards in the update are just file name changes. At least one other image exists, as a "Retrocards" set was made for the 1963 Colts, and Coombs has a card, but the only image I could find of the card is just a thumbnail:

Still, better than nothing, I guess. I think it's a bit unfair that Coombs (and Joe Hoerner and Jim Dickson) were not included in the pictures of the "All-Rookie Game" of September 27th, 1963, as they pitched in relief of starter Jay Dahl, because they were all rookies, too. (It was the debut game for Coombs and Hoerner; Dickson had debuted in July.) But only the starting 9 made the pictures.

I made my debut 9-27-1963! The day of my birth.

I'm new and have been looking for pictures of these players in a Montreal Expos uniform:

Bruce Walton, Mike Smith, Scott Service, Rolando Roomes, Tom Romano, Brad Rigby, Nikco Riesgo, Jim Poole, Bob Owchinko, Chris Peters, Nelson Norman, Mike O'Berry and Tom O'Malley.

Only a card image (and possibly a mock-up) but it's still Riesgo the Expo.
