Where to sign a scout?

I have scouting on, but coaching off.

So, the personnel page is blank with no coaches but I can't find anywhere to find a list of eligible scouts to sign one of those.

Anyone with a road map to point me in the right direction?

As an aside, this seems to be one of those items of note that should appear on your managers home page of "to do" items at some point in the offseason.

NM, found it. Did a google search and got a page.

Talk about not obvious. Why would I search for a scout on the same screen I go to for player Free Agents?

And why isn't this also available in the team "available personnel"?

Oh well.
