updated rosters?

Is anyone doing any? I would do it but I'm not really use to OOTP... Hoping someone creates updated rosters

how would I go about doing this? For Baseball Mogul there was a spreadsheet you could update and change the stats too, how would I go about doing that for this game? Id like to have close to real life stats. Thanks.
