Will need a list of People on Minor League Teams that are on wrong Team because they were either Drafted by another Team or signed as a Fre-Agent so I can get it done.

This is very interesting. For as many years as I've played OOTP I never imagined no trades, FA, waivers, etc. Has anyone done a league like this? How did it work out?

I played a fictional Cuban league several versions ago that had no trades or FA. The only way to acquire players was through the draft. It proved to be a fun challenge in some ways but in others it was a bit dull.

To many Minor Leaguers to move,Also same with All-Time Greats. I also think something to do with Draft is the Error.
