Error While Loading Online League File

Travis Bat Boy Join Date: Aug 2012 Location: Minnesota Posts: 3	Error While Loading Online League File When I try to download my updated online league file, I get all the way up to 94% complete and the title bar reads "Closing Database" when the program errors out on me. Error Signature AppName: ootp13.exe AppVer 13.5.22.0 ModName: ootp13.exe ModVer 13.5.22.0 Offset: 000029f5 OOTP then closes down and my file does not show as updated. Can anybody help me out with what might be causing this? I'm running WinXP and I have McAfee Security Center running.
