I want to Manage my AAA team

Hey guys im new to the game and forums from Australia. Ok i would like to manage Fresno in AAA but would like to have full control of purchasing Free Agents, trading players for SF and having control of moving players around from ML to AAA to AA etc...

how can i do this? if i select as Manager for AAA then i have no control and just what im given from the SF Manager.....which generally <sucks..

Any advice please?

Create another new GM, name him whatever you want (I would change it slightly John H Doe vs John Doe) and go into commish mode and put him as the mgr of Fresno. Might need to turn simulate world options off. I haven't done this on 13 yet just 11 & 12.
